高渗盐合甘露醇液对大鼠烧伤复苏后血中细胞间黏附分子-1及中性粒细胞的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :研究高渗盐合甘露醇液 (HSM)对大鼠烧伤复苏后动脉血中细胞间黏附分子 1(ICAM 1)及中性粒细胞 (PMN)的影响。方法 :76只 Wistar大鼠随机分为 3组 :正常对照组 ,烧伤加生理盐水组和烧伤加HSM组。大鼠烧伤后 1小时经静脉注入生理盐水或 HSM,然后采血测 ICAM 1、白细胞 (WBC)及 PMN总数。结果 :大鼠烧伤后动脉血中 ICAM 1升高 ,HSM可使动脉血中 ICAM 1浓度降低 ,WBC及 PMN总数增高。结论 :HSM可使游走、转移至器官组织中的 PMN减少 。 Objective:To study the effect of hypertonic saline and mannitol(HSM) for resuscitation burn shock on the level of intercellular adhesion molecule1(ICAM1) and leukocytes in arterial blood of rats.Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,burn+normal saline group and burn+HSM group.The burned rats were respectively treated with normal saline or 7 5% NaCl and 20% mannitol ( 4 ml/kg ) 1 hour after the injury,and then arterial blood samples were obtained for the determination of the levels of ICAM1, white blood cell(WBC) and polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocyte(PMN). Results: The level of ICAM1 in blood of burned rats was increased,but it was decreased after HSM infusion,whereas the numbers of WBC and PMN were increased.Conclusions:The number of PMN that migrate into tissue might be decreased,and it was postulated that HSM might be able to attenuate myeloperoxidase injury after themal injury.
