摘要 电子商务对贵金属交易具有强大的促进作用,研究专属于贵金属交易的电子商务营销和服务模式,提出一种基于服务质量QoS量化评估的贵金属电子商务交易营销模型。针对通过电子商务进行贵金属交易标的额高、风险性高特点,优化电子商务平台下贵金属交易的营销模式,在电子邮件营销、论坛营销、创意营销、病毒式营销和微信营销等基本营销模式的基础上,采用商家的QoS量化评估方法促进商家信誉度改善,把控电子商务中贵金属交易的风险,提高贵金属交易的安全性和可靠性。 Electronic commerce has a strong promotion effect on precious metals trading. The research is based on the electronic commerce marketing and service mode of precious metals trading, and a kind of electronic commerce transaction marketing model based on the quantitative evaluation of service quality Qo S is proposed. For through the electronic commerce of precious metals trading standard amount of high, high risk characteristics, optimization of the electronic commerce platform expensive metals trading mode of marketing, email marketing, forum marketing, creative marketing, viral marketing and micro channel marketing and other marketing modes based on, to promote business credibility improvement by businesses quantitative Qo S evaluation method, to control the risk of electronic commerce of precious metals trading, improve the security and reliability of the precious metals trading.
