摘要
国产电感耦合等离子体质谱仪Mars-9000是聚光科技(杭州)股份有限公司在进口仪器性能优势的基础上自主研发的新仪器。仪器的性能是表征质量的关键,目前该仪器已通过大量的性能测试。本文总结分析了Mars-9000性能指标测试的关键技术,包括灵敏度、氧化物离子产率、双电荷离子产率、短期稳定性、长期稳定性、检出限、丰度灵敏度、同位素丰度比测量精度的测试。为日后同类产品的研发、仪器性能把控提供参考。
Domestic inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer Mars-9000 was developed on the basis of the performance advantages of imported equipment by Focused Photonics(Hangzhou), Inc. Mars-9000 has been through a lot of the performance test to indicate its quality. This study summarized key performance testing technology for Mars-9000, including sensitivity, oxide ion yield, doubly charged ions yield, short-term stability, long-term stability, detection limit, abundance sensitivity, isotope ratio measurements accuracy. These performance testing technology can be used as reference for the domestic ICP-MS development in future.
