摘要
针对使用传统方法进行温度控制时,存在的控制精度差的问题,提出基于模糊反馈规则的固件加工温度控制方法。构建金属固件加工温度控制系统,设计模糊反馈规则控制算法,实现固件加工温度控制方法的改进。仿真实验结果标明,改进方法对固件温度控制性能较好,具有一定的控制精度。
Using traditional methods for temperature control, the existing problem of poor control precision, based on the rules of fuzzy feedback firmware processing temperature control method. Build metal fasteners processing temperature control system, the design rules of fuzzy feedback control algorithm, realize the firmware processing temperature control method improvement. The simulation results indicate that improved method of firmware temperature control performance is good, have a certain control accuracy.
