摘要
采用累积复合轧制(ARB)技术制备Al/Cu与Al/Zn两种不同的叠层复合材料,研究了相同工艺下不同夹层材料对轧制后材料的形貌组织与性能的影响。结果显示,在400摄氏度下经过ARB三道轧制后,Al/Cu复合材料夹层由层状向岛状转变,其强度自基体的124Mpa提升至235Mpa,但是塑性大大降低。Al/Zn复合材料夹层保持层状结构,其强度从基体的124Mpa提升到385Mpa,同时延伸率并没有多少下降,当轧制应变达到最大时反而有所提升,表现出优异的力学性能。
Preparing Al/Cu and Al/Zn two different types of laminated composite material with ARB, studied the difference in microstructure and properties of Al/Cu and Al/Zn composite materials in same process. The results showed that under 400℃ ARB and three rolling, Cu interlayer in Al/Cu from layer to island, which improved the strength from 124 Mpa in Al based sheet to 235 Mpa in the third cycle Al/Cu composites,while made a great reduce in the plastic; Zn interlayer remain layer structure, which enhanced greatly in the strength, from 124 Mpa in Al based sheet to 385 Mpa in the third cycle Al/Zn composites,and keep a certain plastic.when got the biggest stress, it shows the best mechanical properties.
