摘要
设计金属材料加工高炉温控系统的电路,提高金属材料加工高炉温度控制的性能。采用ADSP-BF537作为控制电路的核心集成芯片,设计了温度漂移抑制电路、A/D采样电路和主控电路。最后进行系统调试,结果表明,该系统温度控制效果较好,干扰抑制能力较强,性能可靠。
The circuit design of temperature control system of metal material processing of blast furnace, improve the performance of metal material processing of blast furnace temperature control. The adsp-bf537 is used as the control core of integrated circuit chip, the temperature drift suppression circuit, A/D sampling circuit and the main control circuit is designed. The results show that the temperature of the system has a good control effect, interference rejection capability and reliable performance.
