通过优化套料编程,改变切割机迹形式,对切割零件进行共边、连割和共边连割轨迹设计,这样可以提高工作效率和材料利用率;并且还能降低割嘴的消耗,起到降本增效的作用。
By optimizing the nesting programming,change the course of cutting,cutting parts for total,even cut and while cutting trajectory design,so that we can improve the work efficiency and material utilization;And it also can reduce the consumption of cutting nozzle,authors synergistic effect.
