摘要
阐述了氧化铝颗粒在输送过程中带电的原因,详细比较了气力输送(气力提升泵)和机械输送(斗式提升机)在垂直输送过程中对氧化铝颗粒表面电性的影响规律,并从胶体化学的角度解释了氧化铝颗粒表面电性对氧化铝-冰晶石电解质体系电导率的影响规律,研究发现气力输送的氧化铝颗粒其ζ电位较输送前上升了3mv左右,而机械输送其ζ电位的大小的影响较小,气力输送的氧化铝颗粒更易形成氧化铝胶团,从而影响电解质体系的电导率,故在氧化铝工业和电解铝工业其垂直输送过程应优选斗式提升机。
It describes the reasons about alumina particles charged during transport and Comparison of the pneumatic conveying(pneumatic lift pump) and mechanical transport(bucket elevator) in the vertical transportation during the influence of the electrical properties of the surface of the alumina particles,From the perspective of colloid chemistry to explain the electrical properties of the surface of alumina particles influence of conductivity in aluminacryolite electrolyte system.The study found alumina particles by pneumatic conveying its zeta potential compared with its previous delivery increase 3mv,the effects of mechanical conveying its zeta potential is small,pneumatic conveying alumina particles are more likely to form alumina micelles,thus affecting the conductivity of the electrolyte system.Therefore, in the alumina industry and the aluminum industry vertical transportation process should preferably bucket elevator.
