3D打印技术在火法冶炼浇铸的应用

摘要 3D打印是近年来新兴的技术,在冶金行业多用于粉末冶金。在我院的一个低温高强度钎焊合金项目中,被应用于超小型铸锭生产。有效缩短生产工序,解决一系列传统工艺中的问题。 Manufacturing of metal parts by 3D printing technology is used by powder metallurgy. We research this technology to work on a project of developing a brazing alloy with high strength low melting point. This may shorten the production cycle and production process, and solve lots of problems processing with tradition production process.
