摘要 本文在简述埃弗马格永磁梯度加热器的工作原理和特点之后,着重介绍和分析讨论了几个典型应用案例的情况。对其用电脑自动记录和统计数据进行分析和专家理论计算结果表明,该技术加热均匀,可进行精确合理的梯度加热,实现快速等温挤压,从而可大大提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提升经济效益和社会效益,实现产业升级。 This paper briefly effer horse giyon magnetic gradient heater working principle and characteristics, with the emphasis on introducing and several typical application cases are analyzed and discussed. The used statistical data of computer automatic recording and calculation of theoretical analysis and expert results show that the uniform heating, can carry out the accurate and reasonable gradient heating, achieve rapid isothermal extrusion, which can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, promote the economic benefits and social benefits, to achieve industrial upgrading.
