摘要
通过分析硅钙合金冶炼存在的问题和技术难点,提出了原料配比优化、电气参数优化、浇注方式改进、利用余热发电等措施,实现了炉渣全部回用、粉尘排放减少、冶炼电耗下降、炉龄延长等目标。
By analyzing the existing problems and technical difficulties in the process of silico-calcium alloy smelting, proposed the optimization of the raw material proportioning, and the optimization of electrical parameters,and the improvement of the way to pouring, and using the waste heat power to generation, realized the all slag recycling, and reducing dust emissions,declined the smelting power consumption,extending the furnace life.
