矿浆液体长距离管道输送是70年代后逐步发展起来的新技术,在溶出管道化生产中也有应用,该技术对容积泵的要求较高,同时容积式隔膜泵长距离输送也是氧化铝管道化溶出的基础,目前国内氧化铝公司广泛使用的溶出机组喂料泵就是以进口的大型容积式单缸单作用液压隔膜泵为主,该泵单向阀导向座是单向阀组件中的主要损耗备件,优化前每组单向阀每年至少更换1个导向座,经过我公司技术人员优化后,导向座的使用寿命可达到3年以上,仅这一项技改每年就为我公司节省大量资金,本文就这一优化案例进行分析。
