摘要 本设计以STC12C5A32S2单片机作为控制核心,通过主从均流的方法对采集到的两路电流信号进行比较调整,从而达到均流的目的,并对电流信号的数值进行显示。该系统主要由并联DC-DC稳压电源和电压、电流测量控制系统组成。其中,放大器AD620用来放大采集到的电流信号;比较器LM393对采集到的两路电压信号进行比较;液晶屏LCD1602用来显示测量到的两路电流值。经实验检测,在效率高达85%的基础上,还能很好的平均分配两条支路上的电流,并且输出电流准确、电压稳定,说明设计的合理性,具有一定的实用价值。 With stc12c5a32s2 SCM as the control core, the two current signals were compared and adjusted by the method of master-slave current sharing, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform flow and the current signal is displayed. The system is mainly composed of parallel DC-DC regulated power supply and voltage and current measurement control system. Amplifier AD620 is used to amplify the current signal; Comparator LM393 to compare the collected two Voltage signals; LCD1602 is used to display the measured two current values. The test results show that: On the basis of the efficiency of up to 85%, the system can also be a good average distribution of the current on the two branches. And the output current is accurate and the voltage is stable. The design has considerable practical value.
