紫外-可见分光光度计是一种高精度的光谱化学分析仪器,因为其精度高、适用范围广、价格便宜和检测限低等特点被广泛的应用在医学、化学和环境检测等领域。对紫外-可见分光光度计测量误差进行有效的控制是所有检测人员关心的问题。本文对紫外-可见分光光度计测量误差的主要来源和调修方法进行了详细的分析与阐述,以期对相关的检测和计量检定工作人员有所帮助。
UV-VIS spectrophotometer is a high accuracy of the spectral chemical analysis instrument, because of its high precision, wide application range, cheap price, and detection limit low characteristic is widely used in the field of medicine, chemistry and environmental monitoring. The UV-VIS spectrophotometer measurement error for effective control is all testing personnel concerned.
