通过对大H型钢粗轧辊侧壁磨损外扩而导致孔型失真现象的跟踪,查找出造成此问题的原因,采取了一系列的改进措施,提高了大H型钢生产过程的稳定性,降低了轧辊消耗。
Track of groove distortion caused by outward expanding of the lateral wall of large H-beem rough roller, find out the cause of this problem, a series of improvement measures were adopted, improve the stability of the large H-beem steel production process, reduce the roller consumption.
