矿产资源对于老工业基地对社会经济发展发挥了巨大作用。随着国家经济的不断增长,对矿产资源的需求量也在日益增长,而矿产资源、环境与经济如何可持续发展,是我们目前需要解决的严峻的问题。矿产资源勘查开发的可持续发展,不仅包括技术层面的要求,也应该包括管理方面的要求。而我国矿产资源法律法规在实施过程中有着明显的矛盾,很多不法管理者为了牟取更多的利润,对矿山进行无限制的开采,造成资源紧缺,因此应该建立完善的法律法规限制矿产资源的开发。有色金属矿产是矿业的一个重要组成部分,本文在研究有色金属矿山的寻找和勘察的基础上,也论述了有色金属矿山资源勘查与可持续发展观中存在的矛盾,并提出解决对策。
