摘要
在材料加工过程中,经常会使用到高效磨削工艺。而高效磨削工艺最关键的两个环节是弧区磨削高温与工件烧伤。若这两个环节存在困境,高效磨削产生的效果也无法达到预期目标。因此,本研究特地探讨了高效磨削存在的困境,并结合前辈研究提出突破困境的途径。期望本文研究能为同行研究提供可操作性建议。
Materials processing, often use to efficient grinding process. And efficient grinding process two areas are the most critical area of the grinding arc temperature and the workpiece burns. If these two aspects of the presence of difficulties, the effect produced by the grinding efficiency can not achieve the desired objectives. Therefore, this study specifically explores the plight efficient grinding presence, combined with the older study proposes ways to overcome the difficulties of. We expect this study to provide operational recommendations for the peer study.
