在材料加工过程中,经常会使用到高效磨削工艺。而高效磨削工艺最关键的两个环节是弧区磨削高温与工件烧伤。若这两个环节存在困境,高效磨削产生的效果也无法达到预期目标。因此,本研究特地探讨了高效磨削存在的困境,并结合前辈研究提出突破困境的途径。期望本文研究能为同行研究提供可操作性建议。
