摘要
本文应用BABQUS有限元软件对高压水射流的四通高压件进行了数值模拟,研究了在不同预紧力情况下高压四通和高压管的受力情况,分析了螺纹预紧力对高压四通和高压管应力状态的影响规律,为高压水射流系统的优化提供了理论参考。
In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software for the four high-pressure water jet parts was simulated to study the situation in different preload force and pressure pipe four-way high-pressure situation, we analyze the four-way high-pressure threaded preload and the influence of high pressure pipe stress state, to optimize the highpressure water jet system provides a theoretical reference.
