摘要
详细的介绍了唐钢中厚板铁区软水站PLC控制系统的优化改造。针对该系统的设备老龄化、硬件技术落后,并结合改造费用有限的实际情况,制定了只更换CPU,接口模块,现场I/O模块继续使用的改造方案。实践证明改造后CPU与现场模块完全兼容,系统的可靠性、稳定性、可操作性和功能完整性得到了极大的提高,并为日后系统I/O设备改造预留出升级空间。
Detailed introduces the thick plate iron in tangshan area water softening station optimization of PLC control system. For the system hardware and equipment ageing technology lag behind, and in combination with the practical situation of modification cost limited, made only replace CPU, interface module, the I/O module with the retrofit scheme of continue to use.
