摘要
本文以具体实例,对炼钢电炉烟气的余热情况和其余热发电的项目进行了介绍。在炼钢电炉烟气余热发电系统中,由于余热波动强烈、烟气含尘多等原因,使其余热回收利用非常困难,而该项目通过蒸汽蓄能、燃气脉冲吹灰、以及饱和蒸汽发电技术,有效地解决这一难题。
In this paper, specific examples of the heat situation and the rest thermal power project steelmaking furnace flue gases are introduced. In the steel-making furnace flue gas waste heat power generation system, due to the strong heat fluctuations, flue dust and other reasons, it is very difficult to make use of waste heat recovery, and the project through the steam accumulator, gas pulse soot, and saturated steam generation technology effectively solve this problem.
