摘要
该文从建立电解槽在线仿真优化和管控一体化系统,合理采用低氧化锂含量的氧化铝,探索高密度耐火砖和防渗砖等稳定保持阴极耐火防渗材料的质量,提高阴极炭块石墨含量,开发新型惰性阴极技术,研究高锂盐电解质中金属锂的提取新技术以及炉帮控制技术等方面,简要论述了进一步发展500k A铝电解槽平稳运行优化技术进步方向。
The paper briefly discussed the further development of 500 k A aluminum cell upon stable and optimization technological progress through establishment of on-line simulation and optimization and integration control management system,and reasonable use of low lithium content alumina, exploration about high density refractory bricks and proof brick which remain cathode and refractory materials' quality imperviously and stably, enhancing graphite content of carbon cathode block, development about new inert cathode technology, researching lithium extraction technologies from high lithium content electrolyte and sideways furnace control technology,etc.
