摘要
本文提出基于诱导法曲率修正的自动化搬运系统铝镁合金机械工艺加工优化设计和制造方法。采用诱导法曲率修正方法进行加工误差补偿,提高机械加工工艺。试验结果表明,采用该方法能提高搬运系统的承重能力和机械结构强度,展示了较好的应用价值。
In this paper, based on the derivation of curvature correction of automated handling system optimization of aluminium magnesium alloy mechanical processing technology design and manufacturing methods. The candidated curvature correction method for machining error compensation, improve the machining process. Experimental results show that this method can improve the bearing capacity of handling system and mechanical structure strength, shows a good application value.
