摘要
汽车用无级变速器铝壳体自动化装配线控制系统设计是汽车电子技术开发的关键模块,通过自动化装配线控制,提高汽车无级变速器装配和生产的效率和可靠性。提出一种基于鲁棒性模糊PID控制的自动化装配线控制方法,首先进行自动化装配线控制系统的总体设计描述和技术指标分析,采用鲁棒性模糊PID控制算法进行控制线流程优化,基于DSP集成信息处理芯片进行系统的硬件电路设计,最后实现汽车用无级变速器铝壳体自动化装配线控制系统的集成设计和软件开发。仿真结果表明,该控制系统具有较好的自适应性能和稳健性,提高了自动化装配效率。
Automobile continuously transmission aluminum shell automatic assembly line control system design is the key module of the automobile electronic technology development, based on DSP integrated information processing chip hardware circuit design of the system, finally realizes the auto control system for stepless transmission aluminum shell automatic assembly line of integrated design and software development. Simulation results show that the control system has good adaptive performance and robustness, and improve the efficiency of automated assembly.
