摘要
随着资源紧缺、世界环境的不断恶化,未来能源类企业的竞争将更加激烈。未来企业的竞争要集中到如何提高能源效率上来,通过不断的改进电炉冶炼工艺及设备,可以提升冶炼的能源效率。本文通过一定的试验分析了工艺和操作对冶炼效果的影响,希望能给电炉冶炼行业的工艺改进带来积极影响。
With the shortage of resources and the deterioration of the world environment, the competition of energy enterprises in the future will be more intense. In the future, the competition of enterprises should focus on how to improve the energy efficiency, through continuous improvement of the electric furnace smelting process and equipment, can improve the energy efficiency of smelting. In this paper, the effect of process and operation on smelting effect is analyzed by a certain experiment, and the hope can bring positive influence to the process improvement of electric furnace smelting industry.
