浅谈金属钛在二硫化钛TiS_2单晶制备中的应用

Discussion on the application of titanium metal in the preparation of two TiS_2 single crystal

研究采用金属钛进行二硫化钛TiS_2单晶制备问题,提高TiS_2的化学稳定性和化工生产工艺。采用周期图法把TiS_2单晶的氧化特征进行统计分析,采用自激荧光光谱分析方法分析TiS_2单晶光谱特征,实验分析得出,采用该方法进行TiS_2单晶制备,提高了TiS_2的化学稳定性,相关材料的品质得到提升。

In this paper, the preparation of two titanium sulfide TiS_2 single crystal by using titanium metal was studied, and the chemical stability and chemical production process of two TiS_2 were improved. The periodogram oxidation characteristics of titanium disulphide TiS_2 single crystal for statistical analysis, experimental analysis shows that using the method of preparation of titanium disulphide TiS_2 single crystals of and enhances the chemical stability of titanium disulphide TiS_2 and related materials quality improved.
