摘要
本文主要介绍的就是特型柱销加工工艺和夹具设计分析。首先对零件特征以及相关尺寸进行分析,之后分析特型柱销加工中的难点,其直径为20mm半圆柱面和半径R10mm半圆柱面所结合的圆柱面做出分析,从而制定出可行的技术方案,对其进行简单的设计分析,在车床上加工完成,不仅保证加工质量,同时还能进一步提高加工效率。
