摘要
随着额色金属加工技术的发展,超高精度的温控系统越来越被人们重视。传统的有色金属加工中的温度控制系统适应性较差,运行不稳定,给有色金属加工带来影响。为此,提出了一种基于大数据的有色金属加工温度控制技术,根据加工中温度偏差,选择大数据模糊PID控制,克服适应性差的问题。设定初始目标温度值,并稳定在该值上。
along with the development of the frontal color metal processing technology, high precision of temperature control system is more and more attention by people. The traditional temperature control system of non-ferrous metals processing adaptability is poorer, running is not stable, affect the non-ferrous metal processing. To this end, this paper proposes a nonferrous metal processing temperature control technique based on big data, according to the processing of temperature deviation, choose a big data fuzzy PID control, to overcome the problem of poor adaptability. Set the initial target temperature and stability in the value.
