摘要 当今电力事业处于蓬勃发展时期,大量新变电站的投产使得人力资源日趋紧张,少人、无人值班模式的发展也亟待智能巡检工具的产生。特别是在高压、超高压以及恶劣气象条件下,人工巡检还会对人身造成一定的危害。因此,智能巡检机器人作为变电站新型检测手段,能够完成人工无法完成的工作,具有很高的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。常用铝合金作为原材料,完成智能巡检机器人制造。基于此,文章就变电站智能机器人应用中存在的问题分析及解决方案进行分析。 In today's electric power industry in the period of vigorous development, a large number of new substation operation makes human resources increasingly tense, less people, the development of unattended mode also needs to be intelligent inspection tools. Especially in high pressure, superhigh pressure and bad weather conditions, artificial inspection will also do some harm to person. Aluminium alloy is commonly used as a raw material, complete intelligent inspection robot manufacturing. Based on this, this article the problems existing in the substation intelligent robot application analysis and solution are analyzed.
