基于单片机的油浸式变压器油温检测及冷却控制系统研究

摘要 针对变压器运行中油温上升导致变压器不能正常运行及故障问题,本文设计了一种对变压器进行降温的装置。该装置以AT89C51单片机为控制核心,通过油温传感器对油浸式变压器油温在线监测,当温度超过阈值时输出控制冷却风扇机组运行对变压器降温冷却。文中给出了硬件电路组成及软件设计方案。该装置能够实时检测变压器内部油温状况,控制变压器油温在额定范围之内,提高了变压器运行的可靠性。 According to the operation of transformer oil temperature rise to lead to the transformer can not be normal operation and fault, this paper designs a cooling device for transformer. The device is AT89C51 single chip microcomputer as control core.through the oil temperature sensor for oil-immersed transformer oil temperature online monitoring, When the temperature exceeds the threshold microprocessor it controls cooling fan unit operation for transformer cooling. This paper presents the hardware circuit and software design solutions.The device is not only capable of real-time detection of internal transformer oil situation, and control transformer oil temperature within the rated range, improves the reliability of transformer operation.
