摘要
数控程序正确性已经成为影响生产率的重要因素之一,本文以蜗杆减速器机盖为例,运用PROE的强大的三维建模功能及数控加工模块,首先建立蜗杆减速器机盖的三维实体模型,其次在对机盖进行工艺分析的基础上,对机盖进行工艺设计,最后运用PROE的数控加工模块对机盖进行虚拟仿真加工的设计,对机盖的对合面、窥视孔表面及光孔加工部分进行了铣削与钻削的虚拟仿真加工。
NC program correctness has become an important factor affecting productivity.Take worm reducer for an example,PROE powerful 3D modeling and machining simulation are used in this paper.Firstly,three-dimensional solid model of worm reducer cover was created by using PROE powerful 3D modeling;Secondly,On the basis of the cover for process analysis,cover process was designed;Finally,using PROE machining simulation,cover of the occlusal surface,peephole surface and hole machining was the virtual simulation milling and drilling.
