基于USS通信的有色金属车间自动送料小车系统设计

摘要 有色金属生产车间经常会用到送料小车,早期的自动送料系统通常都是采用继电器逻辑控制,由于继电器控制系统无法智能的根据不同原料进行不同目的工位的自动送料,这在一定程度制约了送料小车的运用,严重影响了生产的效率。而PLC和变频器以其体积小、功能强、故障率低、可靠性高、节约能源、维护方便等优点,被广泛用于各种自动送料小车控制系统。本文介绍了一种采用USS通信方式控制的有色金属车间自动送料小车系统的设计思路与实现方法。 The non-ferrous metal production workshop is often used for feeding trolley, early automatic feeding system is usually used as a relay logic control relay control system can not be intelligent automatic feeding station for different purposes according to different raw materials, which restricted the use of feeding dolly in a certain extent, seriously affecting the production efficiency. PLC and inverter with its small size, strong function, low failure rate, high reliability, energy conservation, easy maintenance and so on, is widely used in a variety of automatic feeding trolley control system. This paper introduces the design idea and realization method of a kind of automatic feeding trolley system of nonferrous metal workshop, which is controlled by USS communication mode.
