摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,自动化控制技术的应用也越来越广泛。为此,提出一种PLC在有色金属矿井通风机控制系统中的应用,通过设定一阶时滞系统,对有色金属矿井通风口内的风压进行实际监测。仿真实验证明,提出的新的PLC有色金属矿井通风机控制系统依托变频通信和区域信号控制,有效降低了能源消耗,具有广泛应用价值。
With the continuous development of science and technology,the application of automation control technology is becoming more and more widely.Therefore,in this paper,a PLC application in non-ferrous metal mine ventilator control system,by setting the first-order time-delay systems,within the non-ferrous metal mine air vents on wind pressure for actual monitoring.The simulation experiments show that the proposed new PLC non-ferrous metal mine ventilator control system based on variable frequency communication and signal control region,effectively reduce the energy consumption,has extensive application value.
