摘要
热镀锌产品在加工和生产过程中,会产生严重的废气污染。当前的污染治理方法治理费用高、效果差,而且还会造成二次污染。本文对热镀锌的生产工艺及在生产过程中存在的污染源进行全面的分析,能够有效地减少污染物的产生和排放,提高能源和生产原材料的利用率,最终实现热镀锌工业污染的综合治理。
Hot dip galvanized products in the process of processing and production,can produce serious waste gas pollution.The current pollution control method of the high cost of governance,effect is poor,but also can cause secondary pollution.In this paper,the production technology of hot galvanizing and the pollution existing in the production process to conduct a comprehensive analysis,can effectively reduce the generation of pollutants and emissions,and improve the utilization rate of energy and raw materials production,finally realizes the galvanizing comprehensive control of industrial pollution.
