摘要 采用等离子熔覆技术,在Q235钢表面原位反应合成了ZrB_2-ZrC增强的铁基复合涂层,分析了等离子电流对涂层组织及性能的影响。在100A熔覆电流下制备的涂层,显微硬度可达1017.7HV_(0.2),在100N的载荷下涂层的摩擦系数和磨损体积明显低于Q235钢基体,涂层耐磨性显著提高。 ZrB_2-ZrC reinforced Fe based composite coatings were synthesized by in-situ reaction on the surface of Q235 steel by plasma cladding technology,and the effect of plasma current on the microstructure and properties of the coating was analyzed.The coating prepared under the current 100 A coating,the micro hardness up to 1017.7HV_(0.2),the friction coefficient and wear volume under the load of 100N was significantly lower than that of the Q235 steel substrate,and the wear resistance of the coating was significantly improved.
