用于锌离子检测的iCAP保养与故障处理研究

Study on iCAP maintenance and fault treatment for zinc ion detection

设备、仪器是生产的一个重要组成部分,做好设备维护和故障处理,对提高设备完好率,延长设备使用寿命,确保化验数据的准确具有极其重要的意义。本文将iCAP应用于锌离子检测中,总结iCAP6000系列电感耦合等离子光谱仪的日常维护保养及维修,提出该设备的维护保养及故障处理措施。

Equipment and instruments is an important part of production,equipment maintenance and troubleshooting,to improve equipment intact rate,prolong the service life of equipment,ensure the accuracy of the test data has a vital significance.This paper applies iCAP zinc ions detection,summarized iCAP6000 series of inductively coupled plasma spectrometer daily maintenance and repair,the equipment maintenance and troubleshooting measures are put forward.
