摘要
铝及铝合金是工业用途广泛的结构材料和功能材料,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、电子、通讯等行业。由于现金制造业的快速发展,对铝及铝合金成分的快速灵敏的检测提出了新的要求。目前常用的分析法有X射线光谱法(XRF)、原子吸收光谱法(AAS)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱技术(ICP)及激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)。几种方法各有利弊,本文着重讨论研究铝合金中多元素的ICP分析法,为该法的测定标准提供技术及实验依据。
Aluminum and aluminum alloy is widely used in industrial applications and functional materials,widely used in aerospace,automotive,electronics,telecommunications and other industries.Due to the rapid development of the cash manufacturing industry,aluminum and aluminum alloy components is proposed.The commonly used analytical methods are X ray spectrometry(XRF),atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP)and laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS).Several methods have advantages and disadvantages,this paper focuses on the study of the ICP analysis method of multi elements in aluminum alloy,which provides technical and experimental basis for the determination of the method.
