摘要
采用滚筒球磨方法,通过调整银粉和球的比例、酒精和分散剂加入量、球磨时间制备出低松装密度片状银粉。讨论了不同球磨时间和不同分散剂对银粉松装密度和形貌的影响,结果表明:球磨24h,可制的平均粒径为2.7μm,松装密度在0.70-0.90g/cm3导电性良好的片状银粉,满足低银含量浆料的使用要求。
Using the rolling ball mill method,the silver powders with low apparent density were prepared through adjusting the proportions of silver powders to the ball,the alcohol and dispersant agent addition.The influences of milling time and the dispersant agent on the apparent density and the shape of grain are studied.The results show that the perfect electrical conductivity flake silver powders with the size of 2.7μm and the loose packed can be obtained at 0.70-0.90 g/cm^3 that the gringding time is the 24 h.Its can be meet the use of low silver paste.
