摘要
在锌冶金过程中砷对锌电积与制酸过程产生危害,现行的污酸治理工艺还存在弊端,经中性浸出得到的杂质还会影响随后的电积过程。为了对锌冶金过程中不同工艺方法和工艺步骤的优化,本文在冶金过程中引进了计算机网络技术,通过编程来实现冶金过程的界面化、直观化监控。根据计算机网络技术对冶金工艺参数进行优化,实时掌握冶金过程中的搅拌速度、反应温度、气体流量及离子浓度等参数运行情况,依据其变化规律计算优化出合理的运行参数并优选出最佳方案以确保锌冶金生产的高效安全性。
In the process of zinc metallurgy arsenic of zinc electric product and the acid process,active sludge acid treatment process also has shortcomings,the neutral leaching of impurities can also affect the subsequent electric product process.In order to in the process of zinc metallurgy different process methods and steps of optimization,this paper introduced the computer network technology in the metallurgical process,through the programming interface of metallurgical process,the monitoring of visualizations.Based on computer network technology to optimize a metallurgical process parameters,the realtime grasp the metallurgical process of stirring speed,reaction temperature,operation parameters,such as gas flow rate and ion concentration,according to the change rule of calculation to optimize the operation parameters and optimized,the best solutions to ensure efficient safety of zinc metallurgy production.
