铝电解过程中电流密度与添加剂用量的数学建模分析

摘要 铝电解过程中的电流密度和添加剂用量决定了铝电解工业的技术水平。工业生产中,建立可靠的铝电解模型,实现对电流密度和添加剂用量的准确分析对于铝电解工艺的优化设计具有十分重大的意义。本文开发出一套与电解铝相符性较好的数学计算模型,并通过实验成功的运用于实际铝电解工艺中,为开发高效友好型添加剂,找出适宜的电流密度提供了理论依据。 In the process of aluminum electrolysis current density and additives dosage decided the technical level of aluminum electrolytic industry. Aluminum electrolytic model of industrial production, to establish a reliable, realize accurate analysis of the current density and amount of additives for optimization design of aluminium electrolytic process is of great significance. This paper developed a set of consistent with electrolytic aluminium better math model, and through the experiment successful applied to actual aluminum electrolysis process, for the development of efficient friendly additives, provides a theoretical basis to find the suitable current density.
