摘要 为保障矿山矿井的安全运行,在考虑多参数系统对信号传输影响的前提下,得出通信速率与通信距离的关系。针对现有矿井监测系统的不足,设计了一种带有多路CAN集线器的多参数监测系统,监测了矿井温度、甲烷和钢丝绳压力等多参数,实时分析了总线负载率和传输速率,仿真验证了系统运行的稳定性和可靠性。最后,完成了实验调试。 In order to guarantee the safe operation of the mine pit, considering the multi-parameter system under the premise of impact on the signal transmission, the communication rate and communication distance.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing mine monitoring system, have designed a kind of multi-channel CAN hub of multi-parameter monitoring system, monitoring the mine many parameters such as pressure, temperature, methane, and wire rope real-time bus load rate and the transmission rate is analyzed, the simulation to verify the stability and reliability of the system operation.Finally, completed the experimental debugging.
