摘要
随着汽车的NVH性能(噪声Noise、振动Vibration及声振粗糙度Harshness)备受消费者的青睐。本文详细阐述了排气系统的问题查找、试验验证、原因分析和优化方案的制定及验证,从排气系统的前消声器、主管、后消声器及尾管等方面制定优化方案和措施,在此同时还兼顾考虑了排气系统高频气流噪声性能、总体布置要求和排气系统背压技术指标。将某SUV车辆的怠速噪声得到非常明显的改善。
