摘要
在锅炉生产行业里,有些高压、超高压锅炉重要部件的焊接采用P91或P92材质钢材进行焊接工作。文则以锅炉厂生产的锅炉集箱为例,分析当前的用于这种钢材的焊接技术特点,以及这种焊接方式中可能存在的问题及质量检验,并且统计出气孔、裂纹等一些列质量缺陷。
In boiler industry, some of the important components of welding with high pressure, superhigh pressure boiler P91 or P92 steel material for welding work. Wen with boiler factory production of boiler header as an example, the analysis of the current used in this kind of steel welding technical characteristics, and the possible problems in the welding way and quality inspection, air flow, a series of quality defects such as cracks and statistics.
