日粮添加大豆油对低产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Adding Soybean Oil Dietary on Production Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Biochemical Indices of Low Yield Layers

摘要 试验旨在研究大豆油对低产(70%~80%产蛋率)海兰灰和京红1号商品蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和生化指标的影响。选取体重接近的240日龄海兰灰、京红1号各120只,每个品种的蛋鸡随机分为试验组和对照组,每组4个重复,每重复15只鸡。试验组日粮在对照组日粮基础上添加1%大豆油,试验期30d。结果表明:日粮中添加1%大豆油,对海兰灰和京红1号蛋鸡的生产性能影响不显著(P>0.05),可显著降低京红1号褐壳蛋鸡破软蛋率(P<0.05),以及海兰灰的蛋壳颜色、蛋黄色泽(P<0.05),对两种蛋鸡其它蛋品质指标均无显著影响(P>0.05),对各项血清生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,可在日粮中添加1%大豆油来改善蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质。 (Purpose) Experiment was conducted to study the effects of soybean oil on production performance, egg quality and Serum biochemical index of low yield(Laying rate 70% ~80%) Hy-Line Gray and Jinghong NO.1 commercial laying hens.(Method) The weight of close to 240-day-old Hy-Line Gray and Jinghong NO.1 each 120, were included in the present study. Each breed of laying hens were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group with 4 replicates and 15 layers in one replicate. Experimental group diet supplemented with 1% soybean oil on the basis of control group diet. The trial lasted for 30 days.(Results) Results showed that: The effects of dietary content of1% soybean oil on production performance of Hy-Line Gray and Jinghong NO.1 layers were not significant(P >0.05), can significantly reduce the cracked and membranous egg rate of Jinghong NO.1layers(P <0.05), and decrease eggshell color, egg yolk color of Hy-Line Gray(P <0.05), there was no significant effect on other egg quality index of Hy-Line Gray and Jinghong NO.1(P >0.05),as well as the serum biochemical indicators(P >0.05).(Conclusion) Therefore, the diet added 1% soybean oil can improve the production performance and egg quality of layers.
