樱桃谷肉鸭“大舌病”研究简报 被引量:4

摘要 2014年下半年以来,我国江苏、山东、安徽、河北、江西等主要养鸭地区的樱桃谷肉鸭中暴发了一种以喙短、舌长、骨脆、发育不良为主要临床特点的疾病,生产中称为"大舌病"或"长舌病",给当地的肉鸭养殖造成了很大的冲击。我们从山东地区发病鸭中分离到一株能在番鸭胚和鹅胚繁殖的病毒(命名为YZ15-1),经PCR鉴定,确定为小鹅瘟病毒。VP3基因系统进化树显示,YZ15-1与GPV处于同一个分支,特别与GPVa2006和GPVb1999这两个台湾分离株的遗传关系最近。流行病学调查发现,出现大舌症状的鸭子体内均能检测GPV,泄殖腔棉拭子的阳性率为78.8%;而发病鸭群中未出现大舌症状的鸭子体内病毒检测的阳性率为58.3%,泄殖腔棉拭子的阳性率为37.5%;同时从10个不同地区健康鸭群采集的100份泄殖腔棉拭子中未检测到GPV。但是肉鸭回归试验未复制出"大舌"症状。这些结果说明,鸭"大舌病"可能是以变异的GPV为传染性因素,其他辅助性因素共同作用的结果。
