摘要
本调查旨在了解扬州地区小规模黄羽肉鸡养殖场寄生虫感染情况。对扬州6个小规模黄羽肉鸡养殖场进行调查,调查对象分别为30、72日龄黄羽肉鸡,每个日龄调查3个场,每个场各随机取10份粪便样、肠道样和血样进行检测。结果显示:6个小型养殖场肉鸡主要感染球虫和螨虫,未感染线虫、绦虫、住白细胞虫等其他寄生虫;其中球虫感染率达71.7%,主要感染对象为30日龄肉鸡,感染部位以盲肠为主,其次为小肠;螨虫感染率为30%,主要感染对象为72日龄肉鸡。综上所述,夏季扬州地区小规模黄羽肉鸡养殖场要加强球虫、螨虫的防治措施。
This investigation was carried out to understand parasites infectious conditions in small-scale yellow broiler farms of Yangzhou in summer. 6 farms were randomly selected, which included three 30 d broiler farms and three 72 d broiler farms. 10 fecal specimens, intestinal specimens and blood specimens were examined in each farm, respectively. The results showed that coccidia and mite were detected out in these 6 small-scale free-range broiler farm, while without nematodes, tapeworm or live white worm. The coccidia rate was 71.7%, and its infection target was mainly 30 d broilers, with cecum as the main infection site, followed by small intestine. The mite rate was 30%, and its infection target was mainly 72 d broilers. In conclusion, controlling means of coccidia and mite in small-scale yellow broiler farms of Yangzhou in summer should be enhanced.
