摘要
以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为前驱体,以3种商业胶体二氧化硅为无机增强材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在铝基板上制备了纳米有机无机复合涂层。通过FTIR、SEM、DTA、静态接触角测试和铅笔硬度计等方法考察了胶体二氧化硅的种类和反应时间对涂层结构和性能的影响。结果表明:以酸性胶体二氧化硅1034CS为无机增强材料的涂层具有比其他两种涂层更好的热稳定性;3种涂层的热分解温度都随着反应时间的延长而提高;3种涂层表面粗糙度都随反应时间的延长而增大;所制得的涂层都具有良好的疏水性。
With methyltrimethoxysilane as the precursor and three kinds of commercial colloidal silica as inorganic reinforcing materials,the composite coating was prepared on aluminum plate by sol-gel method.The effect of different colloidal silica and reaction time on the properties and structure of composite coatings was investigated by FTIR,SEM,and TG-DTA.The results indicate that the coating synthesized from the acidic colloidal silica 1034 CS has the highest heat resistance in comparison with the other two coatings;all the coatings have good thermal stability,and the thermal stability of all three coatings tended to be enhanced with the increase of reaction time;all coating had good hydrophobicity as shown in the contact angle test.
