摘要
以SnSO_4、Bi(NO_3)_3·5H2O和H_2O_2为原料,采用水热法,成功的合成了纳米铋掺杂氧化锡,并采用TG-DTA、XRD和SEM对产物进行表征。结果表明,在本实验条件下,产物已结晶完整:Bi^(3+)取代了Sn^(4+)进入SnO_2晶格中,产物中没有铋的杂相:水热反应温度越高,晶粒尺寸越大:所得BTO纳米粉体的粒径为60~80 nm。
Bismuth-doped tin oxide(BTO) nanoparticles have been prepared by hydrothermal method using SnSO_4,Bi(NO_3)_3 5H_2O and H_2O_2 as reagents for the first time.The obtained particles were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD,and SEM.The result of TG-DTA shows the product is well crystallized under the experimental conditions.XRD shows that all Bi ions came into the SnO_2lattice to substitute Sn ions.Increasing the heat treatment temperature accelerates the growth of the nanoparticles.SEM show the BTO nanoparticles were in the range of 60~80 nm.
