采用EDTA溶胶-凝胶自燃烧方法合成La4Ni3O10(英文)

Synthesis of La_4Ni_3O_(10)via Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid Sol-Gel Auto-Combustion Route

摘要 采用EDTA溶胶-凝胶自燃烧方法成功的合成了La_iN_3O_(10)粉末。通过TG,DTA,FT-IR,XRD,FSEM等手段对样品粉末进行了表征。调查了烧结时间对样品的影响,发现La_iN_3O_(10)粉末样品在不同的烧结温度下没有很大差别。XRD结果表明,在700℃获得了纯相的La_4Ni_3O_(10)粉末。 Single-phase La_4Ni_3O_(10) have been successfully prepared via ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid sol-gel auto-combustion route.Thermogravimetric(TG),Differential thermal analysis(DTA),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Field emission scanning electron microscope(FSEM) techniques were used to characterize derived oxide powders.The effect of the calcination time on the formation of La_4Ni_3O_(10) was investigated.The diffraction intensity and the formation of La_4Ni_3O_(10) have no obvious changes at different calcination time.X-ray diffraction results indicate that La_4Ni_3O_(10)powder has been formed at 700 ℃.
