介孔硬模板合成Co3O4纳米线(英文)

Synthesis of Co_3O_4 Nanowires from Mesoporous Hard Template

摘要 讨论了不同初模板剂方法对合成的SBA-15硬模板微观结构的影响,进而以此为模板采用纳米复制技术合成了Co_3o_4微观结构的研究结果显示Co_3o_4存在于介孔的孔道中,当除去SBA-15硬模板后得到了Co_3o_4纳米线。磁性能讨论证实合成的Co_3o_4米线具有超顺磁特性。 The influence of the different removing-surfactant method on the microstructure of the as-prepared SBA-15 was discussed.And then using SBA-15 silica as hard template,cobalt oxide(Co_3O_4) nanowires are synthesized by a nano-replication route.The results indicate that Co_3O_4 exist in the mesochannels of SBA-15 to form Co_3O_4/SBA-15 nanocomposites and Co_3O_4nanowires in array are obtained after removing SBA-15.Furthermore,the magnetic properties of Co_3O_4 nanowires are discussed,and the prepared Co_3O_4 nanowires show superparamagnetism.
