摘要
以PPS针刺非织造材料为基材,通过PTFE乳液浸渍和PTFE覆膜后处理制备了PPS复合滤料。利用织物强度仪、织物透气仪和孔径分析仪对PPS复合滤料的性能进行了研究。结果表明:PTFE乳液浸渍处理提高了PPS滤料的断裂强度,PTFE覆膜处理对PPS滤料力学性能的影响有限。后处理后,PPS滤料的透气性能不断下降,特别是经过覆膜处理后,织物的透气性能下降剧烈。PTFE覆膜滤料相比于未处理和浸渍处理的滤料有较小的孔径和孔径分布。
The PPS needle nonwovens filter materials were treated by PTFE latex dipping and covering with PTFE membrane.The properties of PPS filter materials were investigated by fabric strength tester,fabric air permeability instrument and pore size meter.The results show that the breaking strength of PTFE dipping PPS nonwovens is increased and the treatment of PTFE membrane has a limited effect on mechanical properties of PPS nonwovens.Air permeability of treated PPS nonwovens is decreased gradually,especially for the PPS nonwovens covered with PTFE membrane.The PPS nonwovens covered with PTFE membrane exhibits smaller pore size and narrower pore size distribution compared with that of untreated and dipping PPS nonwovens.
